Modification to the Rural Plan of the Village of Clair 2008

The Council of the Town of Haut-Madawaska intends to consider the adoption of a municipal by-law amending the 2008 Village of Clair Rural Plan. The proposed amendment will modify the minimum wall width required for mobile homes in the Single Family Residential - RU zone. 

Interested parties may consult the said project at the Municipal Office, located at 3851, Principale Street in Baker-Brook, from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Written objections must be addressed to Jessica Raymond, Town Clerk, before 1 p.m. on July 10. Written objections or comments will be considered at a public hearing at the Baker-Brook Municipal Office on July 11 at 7 p.m. Any person wishing to defend or oppose such written objections may do so at that time and place.
