Bill payment

Here are the methods of payment for the water and sewer services:

  1. By E-transfer with these informations:
    :: E-mail: finances@haut-madawaska.com
    :: Security question: Pourquoi?
    :: Security answer: paiement
    :: Reason for transfer: enter the invoice number or your address.
  2. By cheque, payable to "Haut-Madawaska" and mailed to the following address: 3851, Principale Street, Baker-Brook, NB E7A 2A1.
  3. By direct withdrawal:
    To set up a direct withdrawal from your account to be withdrawn on the 20th day of each month, please send a void cheque and this form completed to finances@haut-madawaska.com or mail to 3851, Principale Street, Baker-Brook, NB E7A 2A1. 
  4. By money transfer (Accès D) or at the counter by using the following account number:
    • Branch: 00764
    • Institution: 865
    • Account/folio number: 048420197389
    • IMPORTANT: if you make a transfer at the counter, please call us at 506-258-3030 to tell us you made a payment.
  5. By invoice payment at UNI or by Accès D:
    :: Search for the supplier: Haut-Madawaska - Eau et égouts (NB)
    :: Reference number: your bill number (VERY important so that we know where to apply the payment)
    :: Description: for your statement.

PLEASE NOTE

A 2% monthly interest rate will be charged to every water and sewer account carrying an unpaid balance.

If no action is taken on your part, the Community of Haut-Madawaska will be forced to disconnect your water service.
