By-law # 2025-06 – Municipal Plan of the Town of Haut-Madawaska and By-law # 2025-07 – Zoning By-law of the Town of Haut-Madawaska received the approbation of the Environment and Local Government Minister, the Honorable Aaron Kennedy, on November 19^th, 2025.

Also, by-laws have been adopted by Council on November 12^th, 2025, and a copy of the by-laws were filed with the Clerk’s office for registration on November 28^th, 2025.

The by-laws now have the force of law.
