The Town would like to inform you that a cleaning of the wastewater pipes will take place in your Ward next week, from Monday, October 4 to Thursday, October 10, 2024. This maintenance is essential to ensure the proper functioning of the sewage system and to prevent future blockages.

However, during this operation, the pressure generated in the pipes may cause water to back up into your toilets. To avoid any potential damage to your home, we recommend the following measures:

• Close your toilet lid.
• If possible, place a heavy object on top of the lid to reinforce protection against any potential water backup.
